The QC Sample Date Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") is designed to reward members who actively participate in online surveys, daily challenges, polls, and market research activities. You earn points by completing surveys and may redeem points for gift cards, shopping vouchers, experiences, merchandise, travel vouchers, and other rewards. We are committed to delivering rewards promptly and keeping redemption thresholds reasonable.
To participate in the Rewards Program, you must be a registered member of QC Sample Date and comply with our Terms of Use. The Rewards Program is open to all eligible members; no additional registration is required.
You can earn points in the following ways:
Points are typically added to your account within 24–48 hours after you complete an eligible activity. We reserve the right to verify completion and may request additional information.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. If your account has no activity for 12 months, we may mark your points as expired. Please log in and participate regularly to keep your points valid.

To redeem a reward, log in to your account, go to the rewards center, select your desired reward, and confirm redemption. Redemption requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Some rewards may require longer processing.
Points are not transferable to other accounts, are not redeemable for cash (unless expressly stated otherwise), and may not be sold or traded. Violation of this may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time without notice. Rewards are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a reward is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer alternatives where possible.

Most rewards are delivered within 5–10 business days after redemption. Some rewards may take longer. If delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to notify you.
If you do not receive your reward within a reasonable time, please contact our support team at qcsample@qcsample.com or via the Help Center. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reissue the reward.
If your account is terminated for any of the following reasons, all points in your account will be forfeited:
Forfeited points cannot be restored, and you have no right to a refund or compensation.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on the value of rewards received through the Rewards Program. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws. We may report reward-related information to tax authorities when required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or any part of it at any time without notice. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the platform. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such modifications or termination.
