Rewards Program Terms

1. Rewards Program Overview

The QC Sample Date Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") is designed to reward members who actively participate in online surveys, daily challenges, polls, and market research activities. You earn points by completing surveys and may redeem points for gift cards, shopping vouchers, experiences, merchandise, travel vouchers, and other rewards. We are committed to delivering rewards promptly and keeping redemption thresholds reasonable.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must be a registered member of QC Sample Date and comply with our Terms of Use. The Rewards Program is open to all eligible members; no additional registration is required.

3. Earning Points

3.1 Ways to Earn Points

You can earn points in the following ways:

  • Completing surveys: Earn 20–200 points per survey depending on length and complexity
  • Registration bonus: New members receive 10 points upon registration
  • Referral rewards: Earn 50 points for each new member you successfully refer
  • Special promotions: Participate in limited-time activities and contests for extra points
  • Daily check-in: Earn points for consecutive check-ins

3.2 Point Crediting

Points are typically added to your account within 24–48 hours after you complete an eligible activity. We reserve the right to verify completion and may request additional information.

3.3 Point Validity

Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. If your account has no activity for 12 months, we may mark your points as expired. Please log in and participate regularly to keep your points valid.

4. Using Points

4.1 Redemption Eligibility

To redeem rewards, your account must:

  • Be in good standing (not suspended or terminated)
  • Have sufficient points for the selected reward
  • Have completed any required identity verification (where applicable)

4.2 Available Rewards

We offer a variety of reward options, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards and vouchers: Electronic gift cards and vouchers from major brands and retailers
  • PayPal balance: Direct transfer to your PayPal account
  • Experiences and travel vouchers: Experience-based rewards and travel-related codes
  • Merchandise: Physical or digital goods (subject to current catalog)
  • Charitable donations: Donate points to partner charities

4.3 Redemption Process

To redeem a reward, log in to your account, go to the rewards center, select your desired reward, and confirm redemption. Redemption requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Some rewards may require longer processing.

4.4 Non-Transferability of Points

Points are not transferable to other accounts, are not redeemable for cash (unless expressly stated otherwise), and may not be sold or traded. Violation of this may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.

5. Reward Limitations

5.1 Redemption Limits

Certain rewards may be subject to redemption limits, including:

  • Frequency limits per account
  • Quantity limits for specific rewards
  • Regional restrictions (some rewards may only be available in certain regions)
  • Minimum redemption thresholds

5.2 Reward Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time without notice. Rewards are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a reward is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer alternatives where possible.

6. Reward Delivery

6.1 Delivery Methods

Rewards are delivered as follows:

  • Digital rewards: Codes or links sent by email
  • Digital transfers: Direct transfer to your PayPal or bank account
  • Physical rewards: Sent by mail where applicable

6.2 Delivery Time

Most rewards are delivered within 5–10 business days after redemption. Some rewards may take longer. If delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to notify you.

6.3 Missing or Undelivered Rewards

If you do not receive your reward within a reasonable time, please contact our support team at qcsample@qcsample.com or via the Help Center. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reissue the reward.

7. Account Termination and Forfeiture of Points

If your account is terminated for any of the following reasons, all points in your account will be forfeited:

  • Violation of the Terms of Use
  • Fraud, abuse, or provision of false information
  • Creation of multiple accounts
  • Use of automated tools or bots
  • Any other conduct that violates our policies

Forfeited points cannot be restored, and you have no right to a refund or compensation.

8. Tax Responsibility

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on the value of rewards received through the Rewards Program. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws. We may report reward-related information to tax authorities when required by law.

9. Program Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or any part of it at any time without notice. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the platform. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such modifications or termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute regarding point crediting, reward redemption, or the Rewards Program, please contact us at qcsample@qcsample.com or via the Help Center. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable time. Our decisions are final.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QC Sample Date is not liable for:

  • Loss of points due to suspension or termination of the Rewards Program
  • Availability or quality of rewards
  • Acts or policies of third-party reward providers
  • Any loss arising from delayed or failed delivery of rewards
