Do points expire?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date earned. If your account has no activity for 12 months, we may mark your points as expired. Log in and participate regularly to keep points valid.
What rewards can I redeem?
We offer PayPal balance, e-gift cards, cash rewards, gaming cards, and more. Available rewards may vary by region.
How long until I receive my reward?
Most rewards are delivered within 5-10 business days. E-gift cards are often faster (3-7 days); cash may take longer (7-14 days).
Can I transfer points?
No. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash (unless stated), or sold or traded.
What if I don't receive my reward?
If you don't receive your reward within a reasonable time, contact our support team at qcsample@qcsample.com. We'll look into it and reissue if needed.
